Application Fee : SSC CGL Exam 2023

As per SSC CGL 2023 notification candidates have to pay a fee of Rs.100 to fill the application fee of SSC CGL 2023 However, female candidates, SC, ST, physically challenged and ex-servicemen are exempted from paying the fee. The application fee can be paid through SBI Bank, either through Challan or through SBI Net Banking or any other bank credit/debit card. Candidates who want to pay the fee in cash have to print the Challan generated online after completing the registration Part-1 and deposit the fee at any SBI branch. Candidates who need to pay on line can without delay continue to Part 2 registration after completing Part 1 registration by entering their registration number and date of birth.

SSC CGL 2023 (Revised) Selection Process

The SSC CGL 2023 online examination will be performed in 2 tiers, as according to the SSC CGL 2023 notification. The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam will be online and it will be a computer based test. However, this test will be qualifying in nature and the marks obtained in this test will not count towards the final result. Only candidates who have qualified the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam will be eligible to appear for the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam. The SSC CGL Tier 2 exam will consist of three papers: Paper I, Paper II and Paper III. All candidates are required to appear for Paper I. Candidates who want to apply for the post of Junior Statistic Officer must appear for Paper II. Paper III is for those who want to apply for the posts of Assistant Auditor or Assistant Accountant. It is important to note that only those candidates who have qualified in the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam will be eligible to appear in the Tier 2 exam. SSC CGL Exam 2023 Deadline will be released separately for Paper I, Paper II and Paper III Tier 2 Exam.
