IDBI Bank Assistant Manager Recruitment 2023 has a 3-step selection process:
Step 1: Online Computer Test – The exam has a total of 200 questions and 200 marks with a time limit of two hours.
Step 2: Group Discussion and Personal Interview – Candidates who qualify the online CBT exam and Group Discussion will be called for a personal interview.
