- Junior Assistant (Office):
- The candidate must have completed their graduation from a Recognized/Deemed university.
- Senior Assistant (Accounts):
- Graduate preferably B.Com with 2 years of relevant experience in the field of preparation of Financial Statements, taxation (direct & indirect), audit, and other Finance and Accounts related field experience.
Note:
- The degree/diploma/certificate/membership examination should be from a Recognized/Deemed university or from an apex institution recognized by the Government of India.
- Percentage of marks: Pass marks or equivalent for Bachelor’s Degree and also for P.G. Degree/Diploma including MBA/CA/ICWA.
- Candidates with B.E./B. Tech/B. Sc. (Engg.) degrees are allowed to apply for posts that require a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
AAI Age Limit (as on 04/09/2023)
- Junior Executive: Not exceeding 27 years
- Junior Assistant: Not exceeding 30 years
- Senior Assistant: Not exceeding 30 years
AAI Upper Age Relaxation
- SC: 5 years
- ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years

AAI Recruitment 2023: Salary
The pay scale for the AAI Junior Executive post is as follows:
- Junior Executive (Group B, E-1): Rs. 40,000 – 3% – Rs. 1,40,000
- Junior Assistant (Group C, NE-6): Rs. 31,000 – 3% – Rs. 92,000
- Senior Assistant (Group C, NE-4): Rs. 36,000 – 3% – Rs. 1,10,000
Apart from the basic pay, candidates selected for AAI Junior Executive posts will receive additional benefits such as Dearness Allowance, Perks at 35% of the Basic pay, House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other benefits like CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical benefits, etc. as per AAI rules. The approximate CTC (Cost to Company) per annum would be Rs. 13 lakhs for the post of Junior Executive, Rs. 11.5 lakhs for the post of Senior Assistant, and Rs. 10 lakhs for the post of Junior Assistant.
